Blackboard Certified Trainer
The Blackboard Certified Trainer Program enhanced my training and presentation skills giving me the foundation to build a program from the ground up and develop a successful presentation and training. For this program there was no focus on learning the various tools in Blackboard, instead I had to build, step by step, a detailed plan for a 50-minute workshop n a single Blackboard tool. Once complete, I delivered the workshop virtually and received a detailed evaluation of my skills from the instructor and my peers.
Components of the Program
Focus on pedagogy and theory related to teaching and learning when designing, developing, and delivering your training program.
Provide strategies to help you create an effective learning climate and facilitate participant readiness including creating a detailed workshop plan.
Look at the practice of evaluation as a tool to adapt and improve your training skills.
Prepare you for virtual presentation of training.
