In this interactive and reflective workshop, participants will explore the powerful connection between personal values and leadership behavior. Leaders are always communicating—through words, actions, and decisions. This session emphasizes the importance of aligning behavior with clearly defined values to authentically lead and inspire others.
Participants will learn how values shape organizational culture and how leaders can intentionally model and communicate those values to build trust, clarity, and purpose. Through guided activities and personal reflection, attendees will uncover their core values, articulate their “why,” and craft a vision that reflects who they are and what they stand for.
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
• Identify their personal values
• Translate values into actionable behaviors
• Define their personal “why” and connect it to their leadership vision
• Create a values-based leadership vision
• Recognize and celebrate a “lollipop moment” that reflects meaningful impact
This workshop was originally created as part of the Leading Across program in Leaders at All Levels. It was decided that all members of the organization could benefit from this training, so it is now offered as a 4-hour workshop open to everyone.
