Maximizing Your Leadership Potential™ program provides an interactive, virtual experience for leaders of managers that addresses making the shift from successful individual contributor to effective manager--one of the biggest and most difficult transitions for any leader. Participants acquire the ability to: understand their role as a member of a team; become more effective collaborators, communicators, and leaders across organizational and geographical boundaries; delivers/receives effective feedback, manages conflict/resistance; uses a tool to help facilitate better conversations. Participants engage synchronously with peers from organizations around the world to explore how to focuses on the different roles and mindsets of managing people and projects (player, coach, manager, and leader).
