Working closely with the Office of Professional Development I have been a part of the development of various training and professional development opportunities for all employees. The Emerging Leaders Program at Mountain View College (MVCELP) was one of those projects that was adopted by Dallas College.
In support of the mission to transform lives and communities, Dallas College Emerging Leaders Program (DCELP) aims to foster employee growth and development to create a diverse and inclusive high performing work and learning environment. DCELP is grounded in strengths-based development principles and promotes the development of "self" within Dallas College.
Part of my duties on this project included research for the curriculum, powerpoint creation, and designing the certificate of completion. Below you find various artifacts from the MVC ELP program that I helped to develop.
